How does it work?

CVG’s software and approach enables the consolidated management of AR and customer service processes. CVG Value+ acts as an overlay for existing client systems and takes data batch loads from all relevant systems across complex IT architectures. Users and managers are able to have a single operational and reporting view across regions, countries, segments, portfolios and customer levels.

CVG Value+ is tailored to meet the needs of multinational organisations. It is supplied upon request in any major language with options to add additional languages.

CVG Value+ is able to manage any currency requirements both at the transaction level - where one invoice, for example, can be in multiple languages – and at the reporting level, where users can choose in which currency to view reports.

CVG’s implementation approach is to provide, where required, implementation support in local languages.

CVG’s implementation methodology is geared to delivering financial benefits within fixed timeframes.
The phasing of the implementation approach can be adapted to enable early delivery of specific identified benefits during the program, for example, go-live with automated dispute management before go-live with collections. Specific project phasing will be established in preparatory meetings.

Benefits are maximised across the group through the development of a core approach to AR management which is adapted to suit local requirements with implementation models changed to suit the size of opportunity.
This approach ensures:

  • Common approach and operational/management reports across the group whilst accommodating local business/market requirements
  • Effective development and leveraging of local initiatives across the group
  • Flexibility in terms of future organisational options based on a high degree of process/management commonality.

Unique Functionality

CVG Value+ advocates the Global Blueprint approach. This means that strategies, segments, policies, procedures and SLAs are defined during a pilot implementation. This will form the Global Blueprint.

As other companies, countries or regions are added to CVG Value+, this Global blueprint can be tweaked to cater for local and regional customs, legal requirements and language. This approach provides a very rapid and controlled rollout.
