US Technology Subsidiary
In two customer service centres, our client’s credit, collection and dispute management activities are planned, prioritised and executed using CVG Value+. This approach has generated significant reduction in the cost of processes as well as generating more than €30m in additional cashflow through improved collections. In addition customers are delighted with the new levels of customer service achieved.
UK Utility
By integrating sophisticated customer service functionality into already rich credit, collections and dispute management software, CVG enabled this client to redefine their customer relationships in terms of cashflow, profitability and customer satisfaction. CVG was chosen over CRM giant, Siebel, and other providers because we uniquely enable an integrated approach to customer management. This bridges the often disparate worlds of CRM and credit and collections as well as enhancing customer retention.
European telecoms group
Our client saw the need for customer segmentation as well as differentiated and sophisticated credit, collection and dispute management policies. CVG Value+ provides the tools for the job and provides Management Information to prioritise activities across hundreds of customer service agents serving more than a million customers from multiple locations in Europe.
US Industrial Packaging Group
In over 65 dispersed locations in the US, this group continued its drive for cashflow excellence by implementing best practice CVG Value+ software using a web-based customer service solution and centralised collection approach. CVG Value+ was chosen to complement the existing ERP system to provide additional functionality and an integrated best practice approach to CRM and credit and collections.
European BPO Operation
This client manages the multi-site, multi-language credit and collections environment for major global multinationals. By using CVG Value+ this world-class BPO provider is able to deliver better performance for clients faster, more cost effectively and sustainably and thus gain competitive advantage in cost as well as being able to offer a unique proposition to their clients.
Global Steel Manufacturer
A sector leader active in all major economies appointed CVG to implement best practices in Credit and Collections management to overlay SAP, as they were finding significant opportunities to complement SAP functionality in this area. Implementation of CVG Value+ produced a total cash-flow enhancement of €53m as well as providing a multiple language interface across five countries in Europe.
CVG provided sophisticated but simple-to-implement functionality that overlays our SAP installation. The effect has been to improve the professionalism of our collections operations in a number of countries in the group.
