Global Electronics Giant selects CVG Value+ Accounts Receivable Software

7th September 2009

The Customer Value Group (CVG), the provider of best practice Accounts Receivable and Customer Service software, today announced that a Netherlands-based electronics giant has selected its Accounts Receivable and Dispute Resolution software, CVG Value+.

The project will improve collections and recovery rates while increasing efficiency in the collections department through both improved collections practices and automated dispute resolution. In the rollout, CVG Value+ will interface with a number of separate SAP systems.

The client will install CVG Value+ in three business units in multiple countries, taking advantage of CVG Value+'s multi-language and multi-currency functionality.

To date, the rollout is live in the UK with an implementation already started in the USA. Implementations in Germany, Poland, France and the Netherlands are also scheduled to commence in 2009.

Also considered in the selection procedure were SAP and Sungard’s GetPaid. CVG Value+ was selected as it is the only system on the market to perfectly integrate collections with customer dispute management. Further, the client was impressed not only by the flexibility of CVG Value+ but also by the flexibility and experience of the Customer Value Group as a company.

Dickie Bielenberg, MD, Customer Value Group, says: "We are delighted to welcome another major household name to the CVG family. For many years, corporates have had a limited choice when it came to specialised accounts receivable and customer service software. With CVG Value+ now becoming the solution of choice in the market, we are sending the clear message that quality, service, flexibility and future-proofed software is finally available."
