Dickie Bielenberg - Executive Director

Dickie is an experienced business consultant who has advised a wide range of blue-chip companies at the highest level, including Siemens, Ford, GE and Motorola. A graduate of the European Business School, Dickie was an Executive Director and 13 year veteran of the REL Consultancy Group before setting up and becoming the driving force behind REL Technologies which has now been re-branded as The Customer Value Group.

Martin Ryan

Martin Ryan - Operations Director

Martin has spent over 25 years in the IT industry, both in-house with top companies like American Express, Chase and Reuters and in the IT Services sector. As a senior consultant Martin worked with blue-chip clients including Abbey National, BT, Credit Suisse, Glaxo SmithKline and Standard Life. He has been with REL Technologies since its foundation and is the principal architect and designer of The Customer Value Group's suite of software products.

Nicholas Brandon

Nicholas Brandon - Customer Services Manager

Nick brings a powerful blend of business strategy, IT and consulting experience to the team at The Customer Value Group. His expertise in diagnosing, understanding and solving complex client challenges was honed while he was an IT consultant at Perot Systems. This enabled him to work closely with a wide range of blue-chip organisations including the Bank of Ireland, Clearstream International, Motorola and the International tennis Federation.
